Meaning & Purpose

“Don’t ask yourself what the world needs. Ask yourself what makes you come alive & then go do that. Because what the world needs is people who have come alive.”

– Howard Thurman

People seeking depth work often fit one of these descriptions:

Dissatisfied & Uncertain
Some come to me and don't know exactly what it is they are seeking.  They are simply dissatisfied with things as they are.

Wanting Something More
Some come to me knowing they want more but are unsure what that might look like.

Seeking Greater Depth
Some already know that they are seeking more depth and meaning in their life and may already be on this journey.

Wherever you are in your search for meaning I would welcome the opportunity to speak to you about how I might walk along with you.

My Journey:

I have a lifetime of spiritual journeying. I was raised in the Methodist Church, which was an integral part of my childhood and youth. During college I left the church and explored many paths to connecting with the Universe. For a number of years I found my spiritual home in Buddhism, where I practiced at Austin Zen Center. I moved on in my path and continue my pilgrimage.  I am grateful for my spiritual journey and look forward to connecting with you on your own.
